ARTICULO 73. Utilización gentes suspendidos. Los agentes de la Policía Nacional que sean suspendidos en el ejercicio de sus funciones y atribuciones, previo permiso concedido por el juez competente, podrán ser utilizados por los respectivos comandantes, Directores o Jefes de Unidades Policiales en labores auxiliares dentro de la respectiva instalación, siempre que éstas no impliquen vigilancia o manejo de bienes o dinero.
