El Banco Agrario y demás entidades financieras no podrán otorgar créditos a ocupantes de terrenos baldíos que se encuentren dentro de las áreas que conforman el Sistema de Parques Nacionales Naturales, o de reservas para explotaciones petroleras o mineras, según lo dispuesto en el Código de Recursos Naturales y de Protección del Medio Ambiente y los Códigos de Petróleos y de Minas.
