El costo al que se refiere el artículo anterior, es el de compra o adquisición, si el ganado vendido se compró durante el año gravable; o el que tenga los ganados en inventario de existencias practicado por el ganadero el 31 de diciembre del año anterior, si el ganado vendido había sido adquirido en años anteriores a aquel en que se verifique la venta. Este inventario regirá el 1º de enero del año siguiente.
