Tarifas máximas aplicables a las notarías. La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro determinará mediante resolución las tarifas a cobrar por los notarios para conocer de los Procedimientos de Insolvencia, dentro de los topes máximos fijados por el artículo anterior. Para la fijación de los montos, tendrá en cuenta que estas deben constituir una equitativa retribución del servicio y que no pueden gravar en exceso a quienes acceden a los Procedimientos de Insolvencia. Dichas tarifas serán revisadas anualmente.
