°. Causal de aprehensión y decomiso . Dará lugar a la aprehensión y decomiso de mercancías de procedencia extranjera, cuando estando sujetas a la utilización del SUSIR, no cumplan con las disposiciones previstas en el presente decreto, para lo cual deberá seguirse el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 512-1 del Decreto 2685 de 1999.
