El artículo 44, Capítulo IV del Acuerdo número 031 de 1992, quedará así: El Director General asumirá directamente las funciones de la Unidad de Adquisición, Producción, Control y Distribución de Alimentos de la Sede Nacional, las cuales podrá delegar en el funcionario o dependencia de la Sede Nacional que considere conveniente, para la mejor prestación del servicio.
