La Nación construirá en la ciudad de Vélez un edificio con destino a las oficinas públicas nacionales que allí funcionan y con las especificaciones técnicas que indique la Sección de Edificios Nacionales del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, Sección que elaborará los planos correspondientes, tan pronto como sea sancionada la presente Ley.
