° . Por lo menos el ochenta y cinco por ciento (85%) del total de cartera de los bancos hipotecarios deberá estar respaldada con garantía hipotecaria.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en el presente artículo es aplicable inclusive para los créditos que se otorguen en desarrollo de las operaciones autorizadas por el artículo 41 del Decreto 2423 de 1993.
