La Nación solo podrá garantizar obligaciones de personas públicas o de sociedades de economía mixta en las que el Estado posea el cincuenta y uno por ciento (51%) o más de su capital social, salvo los casos en que se constituyan contra garantías adecuadas a juicio del Consejo de Política económica y Social.
