No podrá hacerse ninguna reforma o alteración posterior a las condiciones de los contratos sin que hayan sido previamente autorizados por el Superintendente Bancario. Tampoco podrá celebrarse con los suscriptores convenio alguno individual o colectivo que entrañe reforma o alteración de las condiciones aprobadas.
