º El artículo 26 del Decreto - Ley 955 de 1970 queda así: Artículo 26. Autoridades competentes. Ejercen la jurisdicción penal aduanera: 1º. La Corte Suprema de Justicia; 2º. El Tribunal superior de Aduanas; 3º. Los Jueces Superiores de Aduanas; 4º. Los Jueces de Instrucción penal Aduaneras; 5º. Los Jueces de Distrito Penal Aduanero, y 6º. Los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal y los Municipales Penales y Promiscuos en los casos y circunstancias establecidas en el artículo 32 de este Decreto.
