El formulario de solicitud de registro sanitario deberá estar suscrito por el representante legal cuando se trate de persona jurídica, el propietario del producto cuando se trate de persona natural, o el respectivo apoderado y debe contener una declaración acerca de que la información presentada es veraz y comprobable en cualquier momento y que conoce y acata los reglamentos sanitarios vigentes que regulan las condiciones sanitarias de las fábricas de alimentos y del producto para el cual se solicita el registro sanitario.
