º La violación de las disposiciones del presente Decreto, acarreará las sanciones consagradas en el artículo 486 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo; las multas que se apliquen por este concepto se cobrarán por jurisdicción coactiva, y su valor deberá consignarse previamente a la interposición de cualquier recurso sobre ellas, en los términos del artículo 8º de la Ley 1ª de 1963.
