Constituyen fondos de la Junta: el valor de los arrendamientos que cobre, de conformidad con el Artículo 7; el valor de los contratos de que trata el Artículo 6°; lo que la Junta cobre por entrada a los monumentos históricos; el valor de las vistas, álbumes, tarjetas, etc., que la Junta haga editar de acuerdo con el Artículo anterior, y las subvenciones y suministros que a favor de la Junta decreten la Nación, el Departamento de Bolívar y la Municipalidad de Cartagena.
