Administración de los patrimonios autónomos pensionales. Los patrimonios autónomos pensionales a los que hace referencia el presente capítulo, serán administrados por sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones o sociedades fiduciarias sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. También podrán administrarse por consorcios o uniones temporales constituidos por este tipo de entidades. (Decreto 941 de 2002, artículo 4 ° )
