Sustitución por el Fondo de Pensiones Territorial . Las cajas, fondos o entidades de previsión social del sector público del nivel territorial declaradas insolventes, podrán continuar pagando las mesadas pensionales a su cargo hasta el momento de la sustitución por parte del Fondo de Pensiones Territorial.
