De la donación de bienes inmuebles . La donación de inmuebles exige, como requisitos únicos para su perfeccionamiento, la escritura pública y el registro correspondiente. En dicha escritura no será forzosa la inclusión de las cláusulas obligatorias ordenadas en este Estatuto.
