° A las personas vinculadas en funciones propias del Fondo Financiero Agropecuario en el Banco de la República, que lleven a la fecha de vigencia de este Decreto menos de diez (10) años de servicios, se les aplicará para efectos pensionales lo previsto en la Ley 71 de 1988.
