ARTÍCULO NUEVO.

Las calidades exigidas a los funcionarios del orden judicial del Ministerio Público y de la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso - Administrativo se acreditarán en la forma que la ley determine.

Las condiciones requeridas para el desempeño de cualquiera de estos cargos habilita para el ejercicio de los que sean inferiores en categoría.
