º Delégase en los Ministros y Jefes de Departamento Administrativo la facultad de celebrar contratos en nombre de la Nación colombiana, cuando la cuantía sea inferior a cincuenta millones de pesos, ($ 50.000.000.00) o a cinco millones de dólares estadinenses (US$ 5.000.000.00) o su equivalente en otras monedas extranjeras, con excepción de los previstos en el Capítulo 17 del Título VIII del Decreto extraordinario 0222 de 1983.
