Mientras se halle turbado el orden público y en estado de sitio toda la República, las agencias vendedoras o distribuidoras de motocicletas tendrán la obligación de informar al Comando de Estación o Subestación de Policía de la jurisdicción, a más tardar dentro de las 24 horas hábiles siguientes, sobre la venta de cualquier vehículo de este tipo, suministrando las características e identificación numérica de éste y los datos del comprador.
