Sesiones. El Consejo Nacional del Libro se reunirá cuando menos una vez en cada semestre calendario. Igualmente podrá reunirse de manera extraordinaria a solicitud de la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo. Las reuniones se realizarán de manera presencial, no presencial o mixta, siendo la última, en la que se puede participar de manera presencial (físicamente) y otros no presencial (virtualmente), de tal manera que puedan participar los miembros que estén en diferentes territorios del país.
