Art. 1.° Desde el primero de Enero próximo tendrán los Jueces de Circuito estos sueldos mensuales : 1.° Los Jueces primeros de Honda y Neiva y el segundo de Neiva, ciento veinte pesos ($ 120) 2.° Los demás Jueces de Circuito, cien pesos ($ 100).
