Art. 216. Los bongos que naveguen en el rio Zulia tienen el deber de admitir a bordo hasta dos guardas de la Aduana de Cúcuta, desde que entren al territorio colombiano hasta el puerto de los Cachos.

El patron del bongo que no reciba los guardas a bordo pagará una multa de diez pesos cada vez que incurra en esta falta.
