º En firme la sentencia condenatoria, los bienes embargados y secuestrados dentro del proceso serán rematadas por el Juez del conocimiento y para este efecto se tendrán en cuenta los trámites prescritos en el Código de Procedimiento Civil; satisfecha la multa con el producto del remate, si quedare algún remanente se devolverá al sentenciado; si éste pagare la multa el embargo y secuestro serán levantados.
