Artículo 2.2.9.9.12. Inconsistencias en la presentación de información financiera. Cuando la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios advierta inconsistencias en la información financiera, dará aviso a la Comisión de Regulación, según corresponda, para que efectúe la reliquidación que sea del caso.
