Las personas asistentes al recibo de los despachos de encomiendas, deben firmar las planillas al terminar las operaciones correspondientes aun en el caso de que no se establezcan irregularidades. Dichas planillas quedarán en la oficina a la cual estén dirigidas. El Recibo al mensajero o conductor se dará sobre el pasaporte respectivo, del cual se dejará copia en el libro correspondiente, autorizada con la firma de dicho mensajero o conductor.
