Artículo noveno. Las corporaciones financieras no aceptarán segundas hipotecas en garantías de créditos, salvo que la totalidad de los créditos hipotecarios preexistentes y del que se va a garantizar con la segunda hipoteca sea inferior a las dos terceras partes del avalúo dado al inmueble por peritos designados por la Junta Directiva de la corporación.
