º. El Subdirector reemplazará al Administrador por falta temporal del último. En tal caso el Subdirector obrará bajo la responsabilidad del Administrador, y tendrá las funciones de éste. Ordinariamente tendrá las que le atribuya el Reglamento. El Administrador podrá exigir a sus subalternos, con aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda, las cauciones que fueren necesarias, dada la intervención de ellos en el manejo de las especies y caudales.
