Sustituciones en impedimentos y recusaciones. Para reemplazar en caso de impedimento o recusación de uno o varios de los miembros de los Tribunales de Ética Médica, se hará un sorteo entre los médicos no elegidos integrantes de las últimas listas de candidatos para conformar el respectivo Tribunal.
