Autorizase al Gobierno para adquirir la propiedad de los edificios donde funcionan hoy la Penitenciaria, el cuartel y el palacio de justicia, en la ciudad de Ibagué; esa propiedad se extenderá, naturalmente, a los terrenos adyacentes a los edificios que son de propiedad del Departamento del Tolima y que sean indispensables para el ensanche de los mismos.
