El Laboratorio de Análisis e Investigación del Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos destinará uno de sus químicos, experto en mercadología, para prestar preferencialmente sus servicios técnicos a la oficina que se crea por el presente Decreto. El Laboratorio citado prestará, además, a la oficina y a la Junta la colaboración científica que ellas le soliciten.
