Art. 11. La propiedad literaria está sometida a las limitaciones impuestas a la prensa por el Art. 42 de la Constitución. También está limitado el derecho de propiedad literaria por la censura que, con arreglo a las leyes, pueda establecer el Gobierno respecto de representaciones dramáticas por motivos de moralidad pública y de honra nacional.
