La inversión de la suma señalada por el artículo 2.° y la dirección de los trabajos de cuidado y conservación de la quinta, estarán á cargo de la Sociedad de Señoras que para esos fines existió en Santa Marta, y que el Gobernador del Departamento procurará reorganizar con tal objeto.
