Autorízase el pago al Banco de la República de una comisión de un cuarto de uno por ciento (1/4 por 100) sobre las sumas que el Banco cubra por razón de intereses y amortizaciones de los bonos de que se trata, que el Banco podrá tomar de los fondos destinados por el Gobierno al servicio de intereses.
