Los clubes con deportistas profesionales deberán organizarse como corporaciones o asociaciones deportivas. Ninguna persona natural ni sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil, podrán poseer, ya sea conjunta o separadamente, más del 20% de los derechos o acciones en estos clubes. La misma prohibición rige para las personas jurídicas, en lo pertinente.
