º Si la Jefatura de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales hallare justificada la petición del contribuyente, dictara la providencia necesaria ordenando la devolución a fin de que por el Banco de la Republica, previa consignación de su valor, se entreguen al interesado los respectivos Bonos de la Defensa Económica Nacional.
