El Fondo de Fomento Panelero podrá recibir aportes del Presupuesto Nacional y de personas naturales y jurídicas, nacionales y extranjeras, destinados al cumplimiento de los objetivos que le fija la presente Ley. Podrá, también, recibir recursos del crédito externo e interno que contrate el Ministerio de Agricultura para este fin.
