Art. 2°. El Gobernador del Departamento nacional de Panamá, de acuerdo con el Sr. Obispo de la misma Diócesis, fijará la extensión del terreno que por el artículo precedente se cede, determinará el punto más adecuado dentro del área de la ciudad de Colón y verificará la respectiva entrega de ella otorgando al efecto la correspondiente escritura de demarcación del terreno.
