La exención establecida en el artículo 9° de la Ley 50 de 1984 para los sistemas de importación-exportación previstos en el artículo 172 del Decreto 444 de 1967 se aplicará también a las modalidades contempladas en los artículos 173, 174 y 179 del mismo decreto.
