Vigencia. El presente decreto entrará a regir quince (15) días calendario después de su publicación en el Diario Oficial, deroga los Decretos 2261 de 2012 y 444 de 2013 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias, y modifica el anexo 1 del Decreto 925 de 2013, excluyendo del listado allí establecido, las subpartidas arancelarias señaladas en el artículo 1° del presente decreto.
