°. Campo de aplicación . Las disposiciones del presente decreto se aplicarán a las Cooperativas y Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado, a las Empresas Asociativas de Trabajo y a toda persona natural o jurídica que, sin contar con autorización legal para ello, intermedie mano de obra temporal, o suministre trabajadores en misión en beneficio de usuarios o terceros, y en general, contraten servicios en los términos previstos en el presente decreto.
