La constitución y funcionamiento de las cajas menores con cargo a los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías en los órganos encargados de la fiscalización de la exploración y explotación de los yacimientos, el conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo, del funcionamiento del Sistema de Monitoreo, Seguimiento, Control y Evaluación y del Sistema General de Regalías, se rigen por el Decreto 146 de 2013 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
