° En el desarrollo y ejecución de las funciones enumeradas en el artículo anterior, se dará la prelación necesaria a aquellas investigaciones que sean requeridas con mayor urgencia, de acuerdo con las órdenes impartidas al efecto por el Ministro del ramo. En consecuencia, podrán organizarse investigaciones parciales, por zonas, regiones o industrias determinadas y en relación con los puntos o materias señaladas concretamente por el Ministerio.
