° Con las partidas señaladas atenderán los Presidentes de dichos Tribunales a los gastos de arrendamiento de locales, útiles de escritorio y los demás que sean necesarios para tales entidades y para las Fiscalías respectivas, y los contratos que se celebren sobre el particular requieren la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo cuando su cuantía sea de cien o más pesos.
