Prórroga de comisión. Cuando por necesidades del servicio sea procedente prorrogar una comisión por tiempo que exceda los límites señalados en este Decreto, ésta será autorizada por quien tenga la facultad de conferir la comisión, por todo el tiempo resultante de la suma de la comisión inicial y la prórroga o prórrogas.
