Art. 9.° Los Notarios y Registradores que dejen de cumplir con el deber impuesto en el artículo anterior pagarán una multa igual al doble de los derechos que les hayan podido corresponder, multa que ingresará al Tesoro del Departamento, y se hará efectiva por la vía administrativa.
