Parágrafo

del ARTÍCULO 15 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, los cuales quedarán así: "Para la modalidad de tráfico postal y envíos urgentes, la tasa y el tipo de cambio serán los vigentes el último día hábil de la semana anterior a la fecha de llegada de la mercancía." "

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de la imposición de una sanción pecuniaria con base en el valor FOS de la mercancía, la tasa de cambio aplicable será la vigente a la fecha de expedición del requerimiento especial aduanero."
