Créanse cincuenta becas en el Colegio de que trata esta ley, las cuales llevarán el nombre de "Becas Arturo García" y serán adjudicadas por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, por partes iguales a aspirantes de los Municipios de Sincelejo, Corozal, Carmen, Sampués, San Andrés, Tolú, Tolúviejo, Palmito, Colosó y Ovejas.
