LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.1.8.1.7.1. Infracciones sancionadas con amonestación escrita. Serán sancionados con amonestación escrita, los propietarios de vehículos particulares de transporte escolar, que incurran en las siguientes infracciones:

No reportar ante la autoridad que le otorgó el servicio, los cambios de domicilio;

No mantener el vehículo en óptimas condiciones de comodidad y aseo.
